Hi,
The default sort order for tickets in queue view is set to "Age" and can be changed to "Ticket number" or "Title"
Is there some method by which I can set it to "Last customer contact time". We want to service the oldest customer who has not updated the ticket and is still awaiting our reply.
I am on OTRS 6.

AFAIK is there a plugin which realizes this: https://github.com/znuny/Znuny4OTRS-SortByLastContact.
