Hi all,
I have an issue: An email was reading by OTRS but never created the ticket and I don't found the error message in System Log due to it shows only a few lines.
Is there a way to check the error by console?
I also searched the ticket in all the queues as root@localhost user but it is not exist as a ticket.
Any idea what could happened?

To check the log I think is in /var/log/apache2 and in the version 6 exists a communication log but I am not sure if also exists in another versions.
