I'm running OTRS 5.0.22 with SUSE 12 SP3 over Oracle 126.96.36.199.0.
When I chnage a ticket to the pending reminder state and I configure a day/hour, OTRS doesn't notify me when that day/hour arrives. What it does is sending me emails every 24 hours at the same time (10:45h) about all the Pending reminder tickets that have already passed their dates.
Why OTRS doesn't notify in time? Where is all of this configured?
