This can be done with process tickets and a activity dialogue for customer. You can use dynamic fields type textarea for this.

Is there a simple guide to understand and implement Process Management?. I remember last time I tried to do it it wasn't pretty clear following the official guide.
I'd like to start, with my knowledge about OTRS, trying to add more text box. When I'll get more ticket to spend with Process Management I'd like to implement it.
