New status for closed tickets

Hello,

I have the following situation, I created a "Resolved" state for calls that will be closed and I placed the State Type: Pending Reminder. However when closing a call using this state it automatically changes to "Closed successfully". I've been seeing some parameters but I have not found where he is performing this action, does anyone have the knowledge?
