In OTRS 5.0.14 I'm modifying which queues are presented in the customer ticket creation page through sysconfig >> Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew >> CustomerPanelOwnSelection which works well. Is it also possible anywhere to designate the order of queues in the list rather than the default alphanumeric sorting? Haven't found a clear way to list Zebra before Aardvark without placing number prefixes in the queue name / key content field. Suggestions are appreciated.
