Event Logs

Post by arkivox » 08 May 2018, 16:23

Dears, good morning.

I have the following message on OTRS 5 running on RED HAT 7.

OTRS-otrs.Daemon.pl - Kernel Daemon :: System :: Daemon :: DaemonModules :: SchedulerCronTaskManager-99 Need Schedule!

Does anyone know what to say and how to solve it?

Check all the tasks defined in the SysConfig. They all need a schedule (something that looks like "* * * * ...." or "*/10 * * * ...").

Dear

with respect to sysconfig, would it be to check the sysconfig directory for the operating system or some configuration on OTRS? From what I could see there is no OTRS file in sysconfig, or I could not identify it.

Check that http://doc.otrs.com/doc/manual/admin/5. ... .13.13.4.5

And i think Reneeb is talking about the Sysconfig of the OS.
