Recently we did a OTRS upgrade according to the official path: 3.2 -> 3.3 -> 4 -> 5 -> 6.
We noticed that inline images are not displayed in the AgentTicketZoom view. In the AgentTicketForward view everything is OK. In emails images are also displayed properly.
We found out that there a difference between the URLs of the same image in these views:
- in the AgentTicketZoom a browser sends: [url]https://<<OTRS_DOMAIN>>/email@example.com&OTRSAgentInterface=xxxxxxxxxxxx[/url] (incorrect - http 404)
- in the AgentTicketForward it's: [url]https://<<OTRS_DOMAIN>>/index.pl?Action=PictureUpload;FormID=1524733217.8919799.03681742;OTRSAgentInterface=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx;ContentID=inline742695.651765163.1524731445.4286546.33220628%40support.vin-info.pl[/url] (correct - http 200)
