We are using OTRS version 5.0.5
We are getting notification of queue changes, responsible changes, and owner changes.
But didn't get notification when ticket is created.
Would you please help us?

I've been using otrs for a few months so I'm not an expert but everything works regularly as expected.
I apologize in advance if my advice can be stupid.
Have you checked if the "ticket create notification" box is checked in the personal options of the agents?
In the "Ticket Notification Management" window you can also try to modify event type from NotificationNewTicket to TicketCreate
Anyway, I suggest you update to the latest version 5.0.27.
