All queues are missing after upgrading OTRS from 5.0.24 to 6.0.1

All queues are missing after upgrading OTRS from 5.0.24 to 6.0.1

I've followed all the instructions and the upgrade went well except for that all queues are gone!

When I click tickets -> queue view it's empty, no queues are showing at all. But if I put a new ticket in any of the queues then the queue is showing again and now with all the tickets in it. Anyone knows what the reason can be?

Also I think it's really slow even though I put the new installation on a new faster server in all aspects.

The new installation is on centos 7 with MariaDB 10.2
