Hello.
In "infomation" sidebar inside the customer interface , DynamicField value is not shown.
DynamicField is not null and It's good to be shown in agent interface.
Is there bad configuration anywhere?

It's my mistake.I'd not finished to update new ITSM package 5.0.23.
Problem is cleared after updating ITSM pkg.
