Hi,
How can I activate escalation to show a banner with escalated tickets just like in the file attached.
I forgot how I did it in the Dev environment and now I need to do it the production

Get into your SysConfig, group Ticket, subgroup Frontend::Agent::Notify
In general, if you have two systems you can compare the SysConfig settings by diff the files Kernel/Config/Files/ZZZAuto.pm
