New Process Ticket does not show Customer History

Hi there,

when i create a new Process Ticket, there is no customer history apearing at the bottom of the page. Is there a way to configure it like in new Phone Ticket?

Hi,

AFAIR this is by design. You should use AgentTicketPhone for starting a ticket and jump to a process later.
