PostMaster Filter updates Date/Time Dynamic Field

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to update/enable a dynamic field with the current date and time through a postmaster filter?

There are two items our company is trying to address with this date/time dynamic field solution
1. How to tell when the ticket was last updated from the Queue view without having to go into the ticket?
2. How to mark a dynamic field as to when the job is completed for reporting purposes? (this dynamic field is used in reports when the data is exported from the statistics area)


I've read through two of the topics in forums referenced below and tried the suggested solutions without any success.

Below are two of the postmaster filter tests performed:

PostMaster Filter Test 1- update the dynamic field
If Body contains keyword
Then enable the date/time dynamic field Job Completed with the current date & time

Header: X-OTRS-DynamicField-JobCompleted
Value: 1


PostMaster Filter Test 2 - use the follow up method to update the dynamic field
If Body contains keyword
Then enable the date/time dynamic field Job Completed with the current date & time

Header: X-OTRS-Followup-DynamicField-JobCompleted
Value: 1
