I'm having a strange issue with the agent notifications.
When an administrator adds or removes the assigned queues/services for an individual agent (From Admin-->Agents) this agent loses all the notification preferences.
The agent then won't receive ANY notification unless he goes in his profile and re-enables the checkboxes for the notification types.
This is especially inconvenient since in the latest OTRS5 releases from the admin --> agents interface notifications can't be enabled anymore.
