Fetching Email
Need help. I cant find where the problem is and where to fix it. Some emails that are sent to our PostMaster email were missing and not creating ticket on the otrs. The missing of emails is at random, It happens rarely but its kinda disturbing. My question is where should i fix this? Thanks in advance.
