Customer Field in notifications (Event)

Hi!

I would like to know what is the customer's field in Notification (Events)?
Im using OTRS 5 btw, Im confuse if it is the customer login/username? or customer name?
I already used for both but nothing happens, i don't want to use customer Id because it will limit the characters filled in the text box because I'm using email address of the customer.

I'm not sending it to customer, i just need to filter the email thru customer id, or name? or other customer's info. If it is possible?
