Hi,
When a customer creates ticket (on customer portal) I want it to be on a specific queue,
I tried ACL but that prevent me from transferring tickets to diff. queues.
Need help! Thanks!

go to SysConfig Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew.
change Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###Queue to NO
set your default queue here Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###QueueDefault
