I created a notification based on Ticket Create. The notification shall be sent to an additional email address is already working (Instead of sending to the user).
The problem is that the format of the forwarded articles is lost. The original article in ticket is HTML, but the forwarded articles are only plain text. Is there a way to forward the articles in HTML? I can not just use the Autor Responser because must send a different email contact than sent the ticket. Email-notification-ext and email-notification-int It made no difference.
The original email contains formatting and images but sent notification contains only plaintext.
