Manage ITSM changes based on group memberships

Is there a possibility to manage ITSM changes based on group-queue memberships yet? Currently users / groups with itsm_change roles have an overview of all the changes. I would like to limit this to separate groups to be able to only see their changes (separate departments in the company).

Ive found some older posts claiming that this is not possible. Maybe some new possibilities have come up since then?
