conversion incomig mails to text

Hi,

i've have a question. When i'm sending mails from Outlook (and choose text format) with link, OTRS opening it correctly, but when i'm sending mails in html format it not working. PostmasterAutoHTML2Text is on "yes", but OTRS probably not converting it to text format. Is there any other option to automaticly convert html to text format?
