A whole ticket? There should be a new button in the menu-module. Do you have any ACLs that disable menu entries per wildcard ?

You could check the SysConfig under Znuny4OTRS-MarkTicketSeenUnseen -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::MenuModule and see if the modules are active.

I don't use this, but when you go into Package Manager, you should be able to choose the repo on the left column. When you click Update repository information you will see the packages you can install.
