Error after OTRS upgrade

Hello all,

Cant login in costumer page after otrs upgrade.

Iam getting:
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, email@email and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Please restart the Apache and check your error_log. There used to be a longer error message...

In other forum threats the reason for this error is pointed to be the FAQ plugin. Although i ve update (and even deleted it) i still get same error.
This is a production system and occured during a 3..3.x upgrade to 4.x
I had rollback the system but i want to upgrade it asap.

Did you upgrade the ITSM version as well?

I did but just the ITSM-4.0.16.

Problem is that im not able to check witch plugins/modules are installed since i dont have admin permissions. ( i know this sounds strange but its how it is)

Now what is the best way to upgrade OTRS from 3.3.5 to 4.x? Should i upgrade the packages before otrs upgrade?
