Specific user interface not fuctional

Hi,
i have OTRS 5.0.7 with user->role assigment via LDAP group and LDAP login.
All user in the same group work normally except one, that has problems on Dashboard visualization:

• menu on top not showed
• switching to other pages clicking on numeric links doesn't work.

This problem can be replicated on different computers and different browsers, always with the same users.

Already tried to delete cache and rebuild config.

Someone can help me?

Hi,
the problem reported seems to be similar to this one:
viewtopic.php?f=53&t=31582

Does your agent use a different language preference? In that case, that could be the issue, on 5.0.7 there are probably some bugs on some language files.

Hi,
we are indeed using italian language, but all users use it, not just the one with the problem!
Tomorrow i'll try to use firefox debugger to catch the error, and let you know,
