[Solved]Show Customer properties in OTRS Stats

Hey Guy,

I need to show a Customer properties (Like Street, Zip, Country) in axis X (Stats Module), is that possible? OTRS version is 5

No, as these are no Ticket values

It is possible for the new ticket..

Use the DynamicField From Customer User features..
This should capture customer user data into ticket dynamic field..

Hi skullz, thanks for the answer, but could you be more specific? For now I could extract those infos using SQL querys, but using the report is the easiest way for managers.

*as i stated earlier, only for new ticket..unless you want to re-updating the bunch an old ticket with customer user again..
