[SOLVED] Services are not displayed for some users after upgrade 5.0.6

Post by amdkryn »

Hi,

I do not use filter, so all services are available to all users, but after I updated from version 4 to 5.0.6 (and 5.0.7) the services are not available for some users. The strange thing is that for those few users is displayed only 3 services (instead of dozens) independent of the queue.

The only way I found to solve the problem for these users was "Manage Customer-Relations Services", selected the user and marked all the services for him. The problem is that I am just knowing when a user complains.

I've used the "Edit default service" in which I mark all services and "Submit".

That is, some users do not see all services and most do. There appears no error in Syslog. I checked the profile of users with problems and there is no associated direct service in their profile.

I am using only official packages and the latest version (ITSM 5.0.7).

Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this occurred differentiation in services?

I deleted all entries in `service_customer_user` and applied again the" Edit default service "In Which I mark all services and" Submit ". All entries were as <default>. After this only worsened for those users who were in trouble.

I am using a test server.

After you delete all entries from the table `service_customer_user` and run the Rebuild, Delete Cache and restart the apache2, now it is ok.
Does this procedure generates some later problem or are just preferences?
