Hello,
Is that possible to add Service field in Agent response templates? The idea here is to make the Services a mandatory item before any interaction with customers.

You have probably already tried <OTRS_TICKET_Service>?
OTRS 6.0.x on CentOS 7 with a PostgreSQL database.
