Issues with Internet Explorer 11

Hello all

we're having issues while accesing our OTRS client portal with ie11.

While you can fulfill every field, when reaching the "Text" box it stays unresponsive (cant type in, nor click format options and such). We already tried disabling "Compatibility view".

Can you advice some solution?

Are you using a specific language different than English in your agent's preference? Are you using other addons with OTRS?

Weird, I can see it properly... I only shows every field filled and the mouse cursor loading over the "Text" textbox.

It was set on Spanish, but I switched to English with the same result. Im duplicating the error under a w8 ie11.0.9600.17498 java 8.0.660.18

Like I told you, we dont have access to your screenshot on the forum. Also, are you using other addons in your OTRS?

You see anything in the syslogs of OTRS?

syslog shows nothing related. Last log is 03:20, im replicating the issue at 06:02

Are you having that problem with all computers using IE11 or just some of them?

Also, on the same computer your having issues, working with Firefox fixes that?

Are those computers use some special IE addons?

Seems to me like its from client side and not from OTRS side but i may be wrong. Have you tried enabling debug mode of your web browser and check the page source?

Client's computers and we replicated in two different ones.

Firefox runs fine, there are not any addons.

Ill try to run debug mode.

Maybe try to disable the rich text input?
