One of our team is working with JIRA (https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira) for bug tracking but uses our OTRS to communicate with our customers. JIRA and OTRS are talking to each other using an exchange mailbox and thats working fine.
One thing though is the hyperlinks to a bug in Jira contained in an OTRS article. When an agents click on it, there's a huge red box saying error regarding Java security and the such. If you right-click it and open it in a new tab or new windows that fixes it so we got a work around but its so so...
I dug about that and found out that OTRS has some security feature enabled that checks out for those links. My question, havent found anything in the configs not in the package manager where I could disable/configure that feature so where can I fix my problem about that?
