Forward template with specific email address

Hi guys,

I wanna define an email template to forward a ticket to another system out of our office that I can have access so im bound to use emails to send them tickets wrongly sent to us.

Is it possible to define somewhere the "to:" address in some templates, text modules or something else?

Havent found in configs / admins or on the forums here (maybe i havent used the right keywords though).

Ive come up with some solution, but I think its kinda *overkill* form something that simple.

I'll create a new queue with a genericagent job that will parse those job and simply forward them to the 3rd party specific email address.

So I'm able to work with that but if only we could just put in some email in the template that would rock and sooo much easier.
