Hi,
OTRS 4 RPM downloaded from SUSE11 section was compatible with SLES11 SP3/4. OTRS 5 even downloaded from SUSE11 section has dependency on :
- cronie
- bash-completion
which are only on SLES12 .
Has someone tried upgrade to OTRS 5 on SLES 11 platform ?

It appears that 11 reached EOL in 2012.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

SP3 for VMware/ SP 4 are still supported: https://www.suse.com/lifecycle/

I think nobody tested it. And there is misunderstanding about Suse Linux, there is OpenSuse and SLES. OpenSuse has another versioning as SLES. OpenSuse 11 is very old , can be that EOL was 2012, SLES 11 is current.

did you try with the Suse 12 or 13 packages (SLES 11 is not based on Suse 11): http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/RPMS/suse/
