[SOLVED] OTRS TROUBLE WITH PERL

Hi, i try install the new version of otrs but when i try access to http://localhost/otrs/installer.pl appearme the content of the file perl, this is a trouble of configuration with the cgi anybody know how resolved this, thanks.

Please give some details about the environment...

Which OS? Apache? nginx? Did you install the cgi-module for Apache? What does the log say?

well, the os=debian 8, webserver=apache, im install libapache2-mod-perl2 and my log is:

Permission file -rwxrwx--x 1 root root /etc/apache2/sites-available/otrs.conf i try change to www-data but the same error. Thanks for you help.

Hi,

maybe perl is not activated? On ubuntu a "a2enmod perl" helps.

Should be the same on Debian.
