Update to 4.0.10 problem.

Hi,

I have a problem with update via OTRS Appliance Manager from version 4.0.8 to 4.0.10. I'm getting info about new two versions to update (4.0.9 and 4.0.10) but in Appliance Manager i have information "Your system is already up to date. There are no updates available."

I have executed scripts otrs.RebuildConfig.pl and otrs.DeleteCache.pl but it doesn't help.

There is any way to fix this? Or manually update to the new version?

I don't understand. So how exactly can i update OTRS to 4.0.10? I have to wait for Appliance 4.0.10 version and then update will be available? Or there is other manual method?

The official appliance version is still 4.0.8 so you cannot upgrade through the normal path.

I have no experience with the appliance but I suspect you can manually upgrade following the normal upgrade procedure. I would try it on a test system to see what the result is though!

I saw the release notice for v4.0.9 and was waiting for the release of appliance package when I saw the release notice for v4.0.10 without any information for appliance systems.

I can't change my server OS and install a "normal" Linux.
