I trying to understand how works otrs with active directory.
my conf use Activitory for customers
but I'am unable to find any customers in the database of OTRS ?!
does anyone able to confirm me that point ?
if so :
does it means that otrs do a query to AD each time it need to print any information of a customer ?

External backends to data sources do not sync to otrs database. Yes, when they need info, they query the data source.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
