Queue Ticket Count incorrect

Post by m0119975 »

Hi All,

recently I upgrade our OTRS from 3.2 tot 3.3 to 4.0.
In the 3.x versions we were using KIX4OTRS, in 4.0 where aren't because it isn't released yet.

After the upgrade I've noticed that the queue count isn't correct, our there are tickets not shown.

In the Core::Ticket::ViewableStateType I have al the states possible.
It isn't a problem with locked / unlocked tickets nor is it a problem with subqueues.

Anyone an idea wich tickets aren't shown, our why the count is incorrect.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I am not sure it's related to your issue, but as a last step of the upgrading procedure http://otrs.github.io/doc/manual/admin/ ... ading.html you should run bin/otrs.RebuildTicketIndex.pl

... there are also some other "Rebuild" scripts that sometime help in adjusting issues like that.
OTRS 6.0.x on CentOS 7.x with MariaDB 10.2.x database connected to an Active Directory for Agents and Customers.
ITSM and FAQ modules installed.

That did the trick. I presume I missed this step in the upgrade from 3.3 to 4.0.
Great. Thanks.
