OTRS Error

Post by Gunjan »

Hi,

I am using OTRS 3.3.12. It was working fine, but suddenly I am not able to access OTRS. When I am running it, it is giving me error 'Script failed to send data' using Google Chrome browser and 'Http 500 error' using IE browser. Can anyone please help me as I could not found any relevant solution for this on internet? and what is the cause behind this error?

Regards,
Gunjan

Hi Gunjan,

I recently struggled with a 500 error.
I found the reason by examing the httpd/apache log.

Also looking at /opt/otrs/var/messages can be usefull.

Hi,

I could find only the following error in OTRS logs:

Can't locate Time/Piece.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/Custom /usr/Kernel/cpan-lib /usr /opt/otrs/Custom /opt/otrs/Kernel/cpan-lib /opt/otrs/ /usr/local/lib64/perl5 /usr/local/share/perl5 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib64/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 . /etc/httpd) at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/Stats/Static/StateAction.pm line 16

I have verified and this module is already installed, but I don't know why log is showing this error.

Thank you in Advance!

For whatever reason, the @INC (include) does not contain the path that Time/Piece exists. Where does Time/Piece exist?
