Ticket Escalation.

Hi,

i added a job for ticket escalation in Generic Agent, tickets are escalating but i didn't get any mail notification.
can any one pls help me, in log also i am not getting any notifications.

are notifications being sent? Is anyone else getting notification? If you had someone telly you that "I'm not getting email" and it wasn't related to OTRS, what would be your first steps to troubleshoot?
OTRS 5.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database. Also on github.

its is working, just i modified GenericAgent.pm file i uncommented the escalation part in that then notification mails are sending now.
i think its related to OTRS only...
