Add new topic to customer navigation bar

I'm try to add an new topic to the customer navigation bar (OTRS4).

I solved to add an extra dropdown item into the menu bar, by adding configuration settings for the new entries.

I added a link to create a new ticket by using the Action=CustomerTicketMessage in the URL. I also filled in some properties for the destination queue and the content.
Everything works fine except the highlighting of the used navigation entry. The highlight always remains on the "Tickets->New Ticket" topic.

Is there any way to configure which navigation entry should be highlighted? Or do I have to create an additional .pl file to provide some new Action?

Any clues on this?
