History add notification

History add notification

Hi,

What is History add notification in otrs (Events it is there),
what will happen if i select that event.
unfortunately i added that notification and i deleted immediately,and ticket also i deleted but still i am getting in log like below..

Column 'owner_id' cannot be null, SQL: 'INSERT INTO ticket_history (name, history_type_id, ticket_id, article_id, queue_id, owner_id, priority_id, state_id, type_id, valid_id, create_time, create_by, change_time, change_by) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, )

HistoryAdd notification is the event that's triggered when another event is complete and adds to history.

The concept may be external logging,
OTRS 5.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database. Also on github.
