Hi,
New to OTRS. Installed the version 4 appliance in Virtualbox. Putty can access the appliance but I cannot login. Tried root@localhost with pw root as well as one of the local users I've setup.
please advice,

On my appliance, the user is "root" (not "root@localhost") and the password is prompted during the installation process (see http://otrs.github.io/doc/manual/applia ... 03s06.html).
root@localhost / root is only the user for the web interface not for the appliance administration.
