Is it possible to import data to update existing CMDB data. When I run an import, it always creates a duplicate item rather than updating existing data.
I have a new bit of data that I want to start recording and have set up OTRS to accept the data. The problem is that its looking like I will have to manually input it unless I can find a way to import and update existing data.

yes it is - you need to configure one column as "identifier"
