Hi and thanks for reading,
As the title says really.
I want to be able to search and return anything that I am either responsible for or I have locked. I notice by default the search does an AND. How can I change this please?
So:
Responsible = Brendan Martin
OR
LockStatus = Lock
Thanks a lot,
Brendan

Re: Logical OR in searches
locked is independent of responsible. Your options are: responsible OR Owner. Locked is yes/no, but not *who*.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Re: Logical OR in searches
I think from OTRS 4 onwards you can invert your search criteria. So an upgrade might fix that issue for you.
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS
Re: [SOLVED] - Logical OR in searches

Hi Chaps,
I have upgraded but cant seem to see this option to invert searches to give me more of an "OR" search rather than a "AND" search. Could anyone assist please?
Brendan
