What did you change?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

the customer complete the forms in the new ticket window, but when the customer click send button, the system throw the message described above

makes sense. check your database and system log for errors.

i created a new ticket directly in database and the customer web acces work correctly, but now when i see the tickets by state or queuesn, not found the open tickets. only the closed tickets.

I fixed each tables since the MySQL console, before to begin the process, i make a backup of my DataBase, i solved the problem, thank you.
