[Solved] Automatic Ticket Creation based on date.

Hello Everyone, I would appreciate some assistance on setting something up. The company I work for has many SSL Certs and we are currently using an excel document to keep track of them and we need to keep checking it to see when a renewal is coming up. What I would like to do is somehow use OTRS to automatically generate a ticket about 30 days in advance of the cert expiring. Is there a way to put this on the calendar in OTRS and then have the system generate a ticket so many days out?

schedule an email in Outlook to send at a specific day to the ticketing system.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Thanks Crythias, if that is the only way to do it instead of something within OTRS, then we will create a perl script to generate and send an email to OTRS and it will create a ticket for that specific SSL Cert.

I can see that this is 'solved' but I would like to offer an additional way to solve this:

Why don't you create a ticket today with an pending reminder state with a date that is 30 days before the certificate expires? Then this ticket would be opened by OTRS in time for you to handle it...
OTRS 6.0.12 on Ubuntu with MySQL DB, and various plug-ins and a hack or two :-D
