Hello,
I'm upgrading an OTRS with ITSM from 3.3.8 to 3.3.9
We have the all ITSM modules installed.
The package manager shows the ITSM bundle as well as the different packages.
After updating the OTRS as describes in the UPGRADING.md file.
Afterwards I installed the new corresponding version of of the ITSM bundle. The version number of the bundle package changed to 3.3.9 but the package numbers of the different ITSM packages is still 3.3.8.
The reinstallation of the bundle does not change the version of the other packages.
As update repositories there is only the ITSM bundle repository available and that says "no updates available".
Is there a way to delete the information which version is installed without uninstalling a package? As I understand uninstalling leads to data loss.
