Hello forum,
I get this message on top of Package Manager:
FAQ 2.3.3 - Package not correctly deployed! Please reinstall the package.*
The point is, I already had it a few weeks ago (it was with FAQ 2.3.2 at that time). So I had to uninstall the package, reinstall it, and then... re-enter all FAQ data I had lost!
When I did that, I cheked it was correctly installed. But now it seems it isn't again!
So I've got 2 questions:
1. What can make the FAQ package being "not correctly deployed" from time to time? Have you encountered this too?
2. Is there a way to backup FAQ tables?
Best regards,
HervE

Re: FAQ package not correctly deployed!
You shouldn't uninstall the package. When a package is "not correctly deployed", a new link called "reinstall" should appear.
To find out why the packagemanager shows the error message, you can open the package and see what went wrong.

I thought I should use both links "Uninstall"+"Reinstall". Thank you for the advice: now I clicked "Reinstall" only, and all is correct and I lost no data.reneeb wrote:You shouldn't uninstall the package. When a package is "not correctly deployed", a new link called "reinstall" should appear.
