[CLOSED] OTRS DONT SEND NOTIFICATION

Hi, i have a one trouble very strong, how you can see i receive a one email and only 3 user not receive notification

thanks jojo, yes i read the message but this error only is for 3 accounts and not for all accounts. This 3 account send and receive mail but not receive notification of new tickets

error is not OTRS. It's the mail server.
