Is there any way when a ticket is on a queue has the SLA of the queue, not the SLA of the ticket?
Many thanks

Re: Queue SLA
Don't have an SLA on the ticket.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Re: Queue SLA
We have a SLA on the ticket, and works fine. The problem is we don't need SLA in some tickets, and we would to move its to one queue and put the SLAs of this queue to 0.
Using:
OTRS HELP DESK 3.3.5
OTRS ITSM 3.3.5
POSTGRES 8.3
OTRS HELP DESK 3.3.5
OTRS ITSM 3.3.5
POSTGRES 8.3

Re: Queue SLA
Did you try it? What's the problem you need addressing? If you don't have an SLA, the queue's parameters are used.
