Hey all
I have been searching for months on how to change the time display in our Customer Response dashlet from "Age" to something like "Time since last response/activity/article"
This isn't just a sort we're looking for, but the actual display. We'd like to keep the Age option for the main dashlet if possible.
Any and all help appreciated.

creating duplicated accounts does not help

I know, in sysAdmin i can have an order by Age, if i'm using the TIME field.
actually Time field = AGE, i don't know what else (AGE) can i put, and i'm searching something like "Time since last response/activity/article"
