Hi, i need you to email address the customers to those answer are recorded automatically. So when you enter a part of the email address tell me the complete address as in clients mail type outlook or thunderbird.

this is only possible if the email address is stored in the customer database

You cannot do this. Autocomplete email addresses only come from the customer list.

If someone is interested: we modified this auto complete....it's now also searching in the agent DB and not only in the customer DB

Can I do this in my OTRS 3.1.11?
